Victoria Connell (Vicki) qualified as a mental health nurse in 2006 from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). She has worked in both adult and child mental health services, with this being in the area of neurodiversity for the last 7 years. She has both a personal and professional interest in this.

Vicki graduated from Sheffield Hallam in 2015 with an MA in Autism. She is trained in ADOS and ADI to be part of the diagnostic process. She has gained her V300 Independent Prescribing qualification from UCLAN in 2018. Following this, she worked as clinical lead for ADHD in a CAMHS service. She has experience in prescribing and titrating medication for adults and children with ADHD.

Vicki currently also works for a local university where she lectures on the V300 non-medical prescribing programme. In addition, she has supervised students undertaking the MA Autism.

Vicki is passionate about supporting people with neurodiverse conditions and has vast personal and professional experience in this field. She prides herself on providing empathetic and person-centred support in a friendly and approachable manner.
