Craig Stevens Individual and Group Psychotherapist

Craig Stevens is a UKCP registered individual and group psychotherapist with 30 years experience in mental health. He has worked in the NHS with adolescents and families, with adults with a wide range of mental health problems and with adolescents and adults as a private practitioner for the past three years.

He is an international trainer in group therapy and change management, having run courses in Croatia, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Italy and Hungary in the past 3 years.

He has acted as a consultant to NHS hospital in-patient units and private companies in managing their change processes.

Craig's individual work focuses on facilitating the client's capacity to find their own healing methods, through exploration of current and past difficulties using a variety of psychodynamic techniques tailored to the individual client's needs. He has long experience of working with depression and anxiety, anger management, eating disorders, self-harm and low self-esteem. Craig has a specific interest in working with the effects of trauma.
